Treasure Valley Internet Support Parameters
Our Technical Support Team will help configure your
computer so that you can connect reliably to Treasure Valley Internet . We will
make every effort, within the limits listed below, to diagnose and resolve
problems effecting your ability to connect to the Internet.
We will provide configuration, and diagnostic support for
the following Operating Systems:
Windows 98, Windows 98 SE, Windows ME, Windows
2000, Windows XP
(for operating systems not listed above, we will provide
standard settings information for you to configure your connection)
Configuration includes:
Setting up the dialer program of your Operating System
to dial Treasure Valley Internet .
Setting up Email, FTP, News, and Browser programs to
take advantage of your Treasure Valley Internet connection.
Diagnoses includes:
Troubleshooting problems with establishing, or
maintaining a connection to Treasure Valley Internet .
Troubleshooting problems accessing Email, News, and
Websites.
Support does not include:
Problems with Operating Systems.
Problems which are a result of another Internet Service
Provider's Connection.
Problems customizing or configuring software (i.e.
instant messenger programs, anti-virus programs, MS Word, Web creation
software etc.).
Problems beyond connectivity issues and/or providing the
ability to receive Email and web pages.
Problems with your system's hardware, i.e., (modems,
disk drives, plug and play devices, monitors, printers, and fax
machines).
This list not intended to be all inclusive, but describes
some typical issues.
